God called Amelia peacefully on June 4th 2012 in her 97th year. She will be reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Antonio, daughter Dolores, sons-in-law Marco Muzzo and Rico Muzzatti, and grandson Robert Muzzo. She will be forever cherished by her dear children Resy, and Egidio (Marisa). Proud grandmother of Isabella, Diana, Marc (Enza), Kim (Stefano Del Medico), Gregory (Madelina), Loris (Patricia), Diego (Denise), Jason (Wendy), and Tanya (Ryan). Amelia will always be remembered by her 25 great grandchildren, her sister in Italy, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Homes Ltd. (8101 Weston Rd., south of Langstaff Rd., 905 850-3332) on Wednesday June 6th from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday June 7th at 9:30 am at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., off Rutherford Rd., west of Weston Rd.). Private burial to follow. In Lieu of flowers donations in memory of Amelia may be made to the Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation directly through the charity’s website.
