My grandpa, for as long as I remember, has always been so proud of being a grandfather and greatgrandfather. Every time a new child was born or braught into the family he would be there making sure that they were fully included into the McClean Legacy. It was no different when my youngest daughter was born premature. He came to see us at the hospital and even though she was not being given a strong chance, he smiled warmly and welcomed her to his family. I will remember forever him telling to hold onto hope and reminding me that she is a McClean and all us McCleans are fighters. Today she is 3 years old and even though it saddens me to think that she will never get to know the man we have loved so dearly, it warms my heart to remember that he alway held hope for her and loved her and the rest of his grandchildren and greatgrandchildren so whole heartedly. Grandpa Stan, may you rest in peace knowing that you were, are and always will be loved, charished and missed.
