Obituary for Mamie Eloise Ingram

Mamie Eloise Ingram passed away on April 12, 2014, at the age of 90 due to failing health.

Mamie was born to Frank and Sara Glasker on March 6, 1924 in Golf, GA. Mamie was a hair stylist for 26 years prior to moving to San Diego, CA, where she retired. She enjoyed being a mom and taking care of her children and grandchildren. Mamie loved all children and became a surrogate mom and grandmom to all of the neighborhood children. Mamie also liked traveling, visiting many cities in her early years, where she met and married the late John Ingram. Mamie was an avid bingo player and played for many years and at many facilities throughout GA and San Diego.

Mamie is survived by 11 children, 30 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren living in CA, GA, TX, and AZ and a host of sisters, brothers, nieces/nephews, and other relatives.
