Christy Louise Adams, 47, of Madison, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 at King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison. She was born Wednesday, October 12, 1966 in Madison, the daughter of Halstead Curry and Dorothy (Lockridge) Furnish.

She was a graduate of Madison Consolidated High School, continuing her education with a bachelors degree from Ivy Tech in Adminstration. Christy was formerly employed with the Kings Daughters' Hospital medical office building. She also worked with Roundabout. Christy enjoyed researching geneology, attending yardsales, taking photographs, gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her family.She formerly attended Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters: Stephanie Garcia, and her husband, Andre of Madison, Theresa Surratt of Bedford, KY; two sons: Steven Morgan of Madison and Curry Morgan of Madison; four grandchildren, Eli Garcia, Jasmine Davis, Morgan Davis and Kaitlyn Hilderbrand.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The Reverend Mike McArter will conduct funeral services at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Lytle Funeral Chapel, 423 West Main Street, Madison, Indiana.

Friends may call from 2:00 PM till 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel.
