The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Hank Duivenbode can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Jason Essery
Condolence: Please except my condolences on behalf of myself and all of the members of the London CARM group. Hank was a great supporter of our group for such a long time, and I am grateful to have met him through this organization. He was such a skilled craftsman, and yet he was also an amazing man, so kind and caring and whenever I spoke with him he would always smile and laugh. He was always there for us, and will always be there in our memories and hearts.
