The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Dunn can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

We used to Take Don some dinner a couple of times a week we used to call it meals on wheels LOL he enjoyed that. Our grandchildren used to take him cookies and treats over the holidays which made it special for him and the kids Don was a good friend and one of the nicest guys I have ever known miss you Don RIP my friend 🙏💔

Condolence: I am very sorry to hear of Don's passing. He was a good friend of and to my Father. He often came to visit my dad. They loved to go up to my dad's house in Montesano and have a garage sale. Don and Charlie were happy if the sold enough for a bowl of bean. They weren't there to make money. They were there to visit with people. Don was a good man. My heart goes out to his family.

Condolence: I was a neighbor of Don and Edwina for over 55 years. They were wonderful neighbors.
Bud was there to help Edwina in her garden and then when Edwina passed he went over to see Don and visit with him. He was always having a garage sale with his friend.

I talked with Don a while ago in Walmart, told him of my new life and he said he was so happy to be at his house. He said I want to die there, he had a very active life up to the end.

You kids take care and know that you are being thought of.

Sincerely, Mary Ellen (Bourke) Brueher.

Condolence: It is just heartbreaking to think of Uncle Don being gone. Although we didn't see each other often, I always enjoyed our times together. He will always be a happy memory of my childhood and I never go to Ocean Shores without thinking of all my Grays Harbor family. I am especially happy that I could share his 95th birthday celebration with him at Lake Sylvia in Montesano this past summer. I will always remember it as a very special day.
My heart is with Don Jr, Janet, Roger, all the grandkids/great-grandkids and the many extended family and friends.
Uncle Don will be missed always.
