The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jim Bishop can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dear Bishop family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your dear and loved one, Jim. One of my favorite scriptures in the Bible is read in Acts 24:15. There it says: "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection..." Jehovah God promises that not only will Jim have the opportunity to live again, but also his parents Oval and Lydia, his wife Norma and his four brothers, Oval Jr., Jack, Earl and Gary. Jehovah God knows how happy this will make us and He wishes to make obedient mankind happy.
