Wayne and I were shocked and saddened to read of Tom's death in the Toronto Star. I met Tom only twice but, having read all his books and many of his columns, I knew I was in the presence of a man with great integrity and one who "walked in the spirit". Tom's courage was astounding. He gave me the courage to ask the hard questions and to grow in my faith. Sue, I am so very sorry for your loss and for the world's loss, too, but I believe Tom's legacy will live on.
