Obituary for Cheryl Bess Honea (Richardson)
Cheryl Bess Honea, 68, of Mineola, TX passed away Friday, January 13, 2017, in Mineola, TX. She was born on Monday, June 28, 1948 in Hughes Springs, TX to the late Homer and Lola Richardson. Ms. Honea was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald "Buck" Wade Honea and three brothers.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff Honea and Robert Honea both of Mineola, TX; daughter Gayla Mallette and husband Harry of Mineola, TX; sister Barbara Williams and husband Eldon of Keller, TX.; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, January 16, 2017, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola. Funeral Service is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola with Bro. Ronnie Polley officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Mineola, TX.
