Obituary for Wayne "Casey" Jones

On January 19, 2017, Wayne “Casey” Jones passed away at the age of 65 years.
Casey was a strong, smart, loving man with a giant heart. Born in Saskatoon, SK, he will be remembered as an accomplished athlete, sharp businessman, decent fisherman and a joy to be around.
He is survived by his loving wife, Anna; two sons, Wayne and Robert; siblings, Fern, Brian (Laura), Jason (Gillian) and Donna; mother, Fay Jones; as well as many wonderful friends and family. Predeceased by father, Robert Jones; and brother-in-law, Wayne Anderson.
Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive and caring during this difficult time.
Prayer Service Wednesday, January 25, at 7:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Rite Thursday, January 26 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Vladimir’s Russo Greek Orthodox, Church, 6824 – 128 Avenue. Very Reverend Archpriest Andrew Kencis officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society – Alberta/NWT, Edmonton Division, #201 – 9452 – 51 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6E 5A6.
