Pierina Dona
DONA, Pierina (1918 - 2017) - The family wish to announce that on January 26th at Health Sciences Centre North, Sudbury, surrounded by her loving family, she entered the eternal garden to join her husband, Antonio and former family and friends. Pierina was predeceased by her loving son Giovanni. The proud mother of Iole, Esertino and Dennis. She is also survived by sisters, Ida and Chiara. Pierina loved her gardening and Italian food. She was cherished by her five generations of family members. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday January 29, 2017 from 2 - 5 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Sunday at 5:00 pm with Fr. Rick Dales officiating. An interment service will take place in the spring of 2017 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ingersoll with a celebration of life to follow at the Colombo Club of Oxford, Beachville.
