Condolence: The first time I ever talked to Doug he put me through a test and asked me what the three spirits were and he was shocked I knew what the answer was. And from that day on, he would call me almost everyday. Then I got to meet him about a year and a half ago and his daughters Amanda, Teddy and I went out to eat at dennys and we would trade him about the waitress. Teasing him was the funniest thing. But since then he told me I was part of him family. I miss his calls. And I miss him. I love you Doug and I hope you rest easy. I know you're watching over everyone .

Condolence: Doug was such a big part of my life growing up. My sister Bonnie was married to Mike so i spent alot of time at the Newsome house. I use to call him Earl the Squirrel. He would get so mad at and chase me around. Had such a crash on him when i was very young. He was all ways the life of the party. My God put his loving hands on all the famiky and friends in the days ahead for it will be very hard on everyone. Love and prayers to the family and friends of Doug.
