Condolence: I met Katie in 2005. We both had two little boys who were the very same ages. They loved to play outside in our private little culdesac together.
Katie and I would take turns hosting play dates, we spent summers out on the grass talking about life and motherhood while watching our boys.
McKade, Crew and my Ethan & Noah were like the 4 amigos ... riding bikes & skateboards up & down the sidewalks.
Whether Kate was sick or not, she was always beautiful to me. Her compassion & kindness never wavered. She was always thinking of others, always the giver and never liked to receive.
I still have the scarf and glove set that she gave me for Christmas one year ... she always gave the most perfect thoughtful gifts.
Katie loves her boys. Her Mom was her best friend. Jan was constantly at her home helping when needed. Especially the times that she was sick, Jan was Katie's superhero, always by her side. I always admired how much Katie adored her Mother & the love they had for one another.
I regretfully lost touch with Katie once we both moved, but I know she knows I love her dearly, I always have and always will. McKade & Crew, I'm always here for you both too!

Love you all,

Chari Pack

Condolence: I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Katie. This is never easy to face, in fact death can be viewed as an enemy. That's how our Creator Jehovah views it as according to 1 Cor. 15:26; which says, "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." May you find comfort in knowing this and that he has a longing to conquer that enemy,to undo death by means of the resurrection.
