The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Shelly Richards can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Very Saddened to hear of the loss of Shelley. Shelley was a strict but amazing Instructor for Radiology Students from Bluefield State College. Every one of them learned so much under her leadership. I continue to Pray for Andy's healing; both physically and emotionally. Prayers for all who are heart broken by this tragedy.

Nothing is greater than love. Shelly spread her love and genuine kindness to others daily, and brightened the lives of every friend and family member she touched. She walked with God in her daily life, and now she lives with him. We'll miss you Shelly.😇❤️
