David Ference & Family
Dear Jeanette:
It was of great sadness to hear of the passing of Orest. We lost a great neighbor, friend and a member or our family. We will always be grateful for his friendship and support. He will always be remembered for his kindness and willingness to help us and others. He was always giving to make our community and each other better- that is his legacy.
His stories, jokes, anecdotes, and life lessons will always remain with us. We learned a lot from his life experiences which will remain with us. Too bad the book of Orest’s wisdom and life lessons was not written on paper but thankful some is etched in our minds we can hold to eternity. He is probably sharing some homemade concoction with St Peter right now (special homemade liquid to keep the rust of the paddle locks on heavenly gates or a potato in the back pocket to cure an ailment).
It is an honor to have known Orest and we are grateful to have shared many special things. He has filled our life with many memories, laughter, and wisdom. We are grateful for his helping hand, neighborly support, and everlasting friendship. He fought a tough battle with grace, dignity and strength which is a testament to his character and example for others to follow. These thoughts and memories will remain with us for ever.
Our thoughts, prayers and hugs (even Ian is giving you one) are with you. Please draw on our spiritual presence to give you strength and peace in these tough times. Our deepest sympathies and condolences to you Jeanette.
With love and heartfelt sorrow. David, Anna Marie, Austin, Ashley-Marie, Ian Ference
