Condolence: Lee and I both competed in high school track and he in distance and I in sprints. I did not know him personally, but ad mired how even though he didn't possess a real raw athletic ability, through hard work, determination and pride of achievement he was a winner. I worked at NWMSU with him and again admired those same qualities of hard work, determination and pride of achievement. No matter the job, whether it be cleaning up somebody's mess, washing dishes, making deliveries or what ever needed done, he did it. And he would definitely let co-workers know when their work performance did not meet his expectations. When I found out of his involvement in Skidmore government, I started calling him Mayor. He would shake his head and grumble and try to keep me from catching him smiling. In his presence I let his co-workers know of how he excelled in track. He never said a word but the twinkle in his eye and that tight little smile said "thank you for remembering" He would later tell me how he continued to compete and excel after high school. Now for that final finishline--run L.ee run all the way to heaven. Thank you for your service to your country, your community and for just being "Lee" Good memories good friend TILLIE
