Esther T.  Graham
Esther Toler Graham, 89, of Chesterfield, VA passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 at her residence. Born in Caswell Co., NC she was the daughter of the late Joseph William and Julia Evelyn Purnell Toler; and was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ernest William Graham; a grandson, Anthony Graham, II; and four brothers, Joseph Jr., Wesley, Daniel and Carson Toler. Mrs. Graham was a life-long member of Calvary Baptist Church in Colonial Heights and had retired as a cafeteria aid from Prince George High School after many years of service. She is survived by four sons, Larry G. Graham (Susan) of Chesterfield, Roger L. Graham (Alice) of Louisa, Jeff L. Graham (Carla) of Chesterfield and Anthony R. “Tony” Graham (Trudy) of Dinwiddie; seven grandchildren, Michael G. Graham (Karen), Craig L. Graham (Tiffany), Brad Graham (Joy), Jennifer L. Powers (Nick), Ashley E. Molloy (Travis), Aaron Graham and Alexis D. Graham; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church, 17001 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Colonial Heights, VA 23834, with the Reverend Ray Haskett, officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in memory of Mrs. Graham. The family is being served by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
