Frances Elizabeth  Dupee (Wallace)
Frances Wallace Dupee, 97, widow of DeForest C. Dupee, a resident of South Stream Road, Bennington, died Friday, March 31, 2017 at her residence.

Born on March 15, 1920 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Martha E. (Ridge) Wallace. Mr. & Mrs. Dupee were married on August 18, 1940. Mr. Dupee died November 28, 1993.

In earlier years Mrs. Dupee was employed as a computer programmer for New Haven Railroad,, then Penn Central. Later she was employed by AMTRAK until the time of her retirement

Survivors include a son, Leigh D. Dupee of Bennington; a grandson, Brenton L. Dupee of Bennington and several nieces,nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband Mrs.Dupee was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers, Eleanor Heitmann, Eunice Jordan, Nathan Peavy and Arthur Wallace.

At the request of Mrs. Dupee there will be no services held.
