Donald Eddie "Don"  Pryor
Don E. Pryor, 73, of Andrews passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in Andrews.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Andrews First Assembly of God Church, 302 NW 10th Street, with Pastor Josh Morris officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 – 8 PM at McNett Funeral Home. Anatomical Donation was through Texas Tech University Willed Body Program. Don was born in Stamford, Texas to Elmore Pryor and Lucille Clem Pryor. He was raised in Andrews and graduated from Blue Ridge High School in Blue Ridge, Texas in 1963. He served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant from 1966 – 1968 and in the Reserves until 1972. He has lived in Andrews most of his life and married Dolores Yvonne Crain on October 17, 1964 in Andrews. He had worked as a mechanic in Andrews for Johnny Smith Ford Motor Company for 20 years and Sal’s Automotive for 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Arnold Pryor, and sister, Patsy Pryor.

Don is survived by his wife, Dolores Pryor of Andrews, 4 daughters, Christina Fowler and husband, Eric, of Andrews, Michelle Prewit of Andrews, Jamie Jewett and husband, Claude, of Midland, Donna Farmer and husband, Doug, of Andrews, 1 son, Brent Pryor and wife, Evelyn, of Hurst, 5 sisters, Juanita Stallings of Pittsburg, KS, Sue Courtney and husband, Sammy, of Denver City, Peggy Pryor and Melodye Pryor of Lubbock, and Penny McCullough and husband, Glenn, of Eunice, NM, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
