Obituary for Thomas Petrosky

Thomas Petrosky passed away on April 23, 2017 at Greenwich Hospital. He was born on May 28, 1922 to Thomas and Anna (Hydmark) Petrosky in Greenwich, CT. Thomas lived at the same residence in Greenwich for his entire 94 years. During WWII, he served in The US Navy as a Pharmacist’s Mate 2nd Class. Thomas worked as a tool maker for various contractors. Most of his work dealt with defense contractors. He worked on projects that included the earlier stages of the space program. Thomas enjoyed fishing in the Long Island Sound, being a Scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts, and loved to travel with the senior group. Thomas was predeceased by his wife Pauline. He is survived by his son Thomas B. Petrosky and grandson Ryan Petrosky. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary Cemetery, 399 North St., Greenwich, CT.
