Allie Frances Boyd, 92, of Mineola, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. She was born on Sunday, August 17, 1924 in Camp County, Texas to the late John Douglas Laney and Carrie Hibberts Laney.
Ms. Boyd was a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Mineola, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Adam H. Boyd; son, Pierce D. Boyd; daughter, Marie Heitzman; brother, Robert Laney; three sisters, Mary Jo Laney, Maggie Richardson and Lillie Loving.
Allie is survived by her son, Charles Boyd and wife Pat of Henderson, TX; daughter-in-law, Nancy Boyd of Mineola, TX; seven grandchildren; Ronnie Boyd and wife Cindy of Golden, TX, Patty Moyer of Longview, TX, Nancy Johnson and husband Michael of Venice, FL, Ray Boyd and wife Carla of Henderson, TX, Sara Gary and husband Morris of Mineola, TX, Chad Heitzman of Mineola, TX and Michael Heitzman and wife Logan of Franklinton, NC; twenty-one great grandchildren; seventeen great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, April 28, 2017 at Beaty Funeral Home Mineola, from 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 3 PM at Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola officiated by Bro. Al Dusek and Bro. Joe Adams. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Pittsburg, TX.
