Obituary for Darlene Mary Wibby-Ali (Darlene Mary Wibby)

Darlene M. Wibby-Ali, a resident of Roseville, died suddenly, following a long illness at the age of 62 years.
Darlene was born in Detroit on April 11, 1955, a daughter of the late Douglas and Harriet (Fulton) Wibby. She was united in marriage to her husband, Taha A. Ali in 1982. The couple made their home in Detroit until moving to Warren. After obtaining an Associate’s Degree, She was employed by the Chase Banking Industry serving in the accounts receivable and accounts servicing departments for over 20 years, retiring in 2007.
Darlene was an avid reader who was heavily into genealogy. She enjoyed singing and was devoted to her loving grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Darlene is survived by her husband, Taha; her devoted sons, Steven (Jaime) and Patrick (Amanda); her adoring grandchildren, Beckem, Landon, Aubrey, her sister, Cathy Bailey and brother, William (Janey) Wibby. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard and Dee.
Visitation will be held at the Faulmann & Walsh Golden Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Rd., Fraser, Monday 2pm till 8pm and Tuesday from 10am till time of funeral service at 11am. Memorial contributions in her memory to the donor’s choice, appreciated.
