Obituary for Francis M. McCloskey

Francis M. McCloskey of Warminster, PA. passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Doylestown Hospital. He was 81 years old.

Born in Phila., he was the son of the late Frank and Rose (nee Frascone) McCloskey. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen R. (nee Matirko) McCloskey and the loving father of Michael McCloskey, Kevin (Karen) McCloskey and Colleen (Doug) Sampson. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Sarah McCloskey, Rachel McCloskey, Jenna Sampson, Doug Sampson Jr. and Katie McCloskey.

Mr. McCloskey was an Army Veteran and a member of the Dad Vail Rowing Association. He was a retired employee of Signa and a member of the Centennial Bus Drivers Breakfast Club.

Relatives and friends will be received Wednesday, May 3, 2017 after 10:00 AM until time of his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM in Nativity Of Our Lord Church, 625 W. Street Rd., Warminster.

Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests be made to American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Phila., Pa. 19103 in Mr. McCloskey’s memory.
