The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Jacobs family. Sam was not only my brother in law, but a special friend for over 60 years. Will miss those bible studies, card games and breakfasts at Milton Diner.
