The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Samuel Jacobs can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Jacobs family. Sam was not only my brother in law, but a special friend for over 60 years. Will miss those bible studies, card games and breakfasts at Milton Diner.
Glad that he is no longer suffering and is with His Lord and Savoir in heaven.
May God bless and comfort all the family.

Condolence: Dear Jacobs Family,
We can only imagine the depths of your sadness as you feel this loss. We always enjoyed spending time with Mr. Jacobs. I can remember sharing stories and food. The Jacobs home has always been a welcoming place with smiles, food and a full portion of love for family.
You are in our minds and prayers.
