June C. Winchester, 82, of Piedmont, MO, passed away, Thursday, May 4, 2017, at her residence. She was born June 16, 1934, to the late, Charles Fitzgerald and June (King) Fitzgerald in St. Louis, MO.
June grew up in St. Louis and attended Lafayette School until the eighth grade.
In addition to her parents, June is preceded in death by, her husband, Joe Winchester; two sons, Michael Winchester Sr. and Tim Winchester; one brother, Homer Childs; and two sisters, Delores Semmel and Nellie Childs.
She is survived by, one son Jack Winchester and his wife Mary of Daphne, AL; one daughter, Judy Kitchell of Piedmont, MO; two brothers, Irwin Wineinger and Donald Fitzgerald and his wife Shirley, all of Pevely, MO; twelve grandchildren, Thomas Ezell, Rob Kitchell, Joseph Kitchell, Joshua Kitchell, Jack Winchester, Scott Winchester, Tim Winchester, Steven Winchester, Stephanie Quinn, Michael Winchester Jr, Matt Winchester, and Ericka Worley; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great- grandchild.
June dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker. She has spent the last twenty-five years in Piedmont amongst her friends and family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was a charter member, on the church board, and attended Faith Family Worship Center in Piedmont, MO.

Visitation was held at Faith Family Worship Center Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Funeral Services followed at 10:30 am also at the Church. Pastor Wayne Street ministered to the family. Lynn Street, Judy Kitchell, Steven Petelle, and Jeff White provided music for the services. Josh Kitchell, Joey Kitchell, Steve Petelle, Jack Winchester Jr, Scott Winchester, Matt Winchester, Dustin Winchester, and Cobie Kitchell served as pallbearers. Thomas Ezell served as honorary pallbearer. Burial was at Masonic Cemetery, Piedmont, MO. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
