The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gustav Bendig can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dear Helen and the rest of the Bendig family,

I’m remembering Gus with much fondness and appreciation. The connection with Saskatchewan and farming made our meetings that more special and I always enjoyed our conversations and the walks to Tim’s together. He is blessed to have you as a loving wife and family.

As you celebrate his life, I’m celebrating with you from where I am. My heartfelt condolences to you all.
