Harry W. Evans
Harry W. Evans, age 93, of Canton, Ga passed away Friday, May 05, 2017 at Hidden Lakes Assisted Living Facility. Harry and his wife were founding members of Lake Arrowhead Chapel. He had a distinguished career for 38 years with the Atlanta Journal and Constitution. He enjoyed golf, fishing, boating, camping, and spending time in the North Georgia Mountains. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, from the Georgia National Cemetery with Pastor Steve Jenkins officiating.

Preceded in death by: Wife - Lucy Lockhart Mitchell Evans; Brothers - Kenneth & Harold Evans

Survivors include:
Son - William Stanley & Sherri Folds Evans, Carrollton
Daughter - C. C. Evans Hankins & Robert Hankins , Canton
Grandchild - William Phillip Evans
Grandchild - Jordan Lockhart Evans
Grandchild - Alexandria Hankins
Several Nieces & Nephews also survive
