Obituary for Carol Jeanne Harrington (Bollinger)

Carol Jeanne (Bollinger) Harrington went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 5, 2017 in Fort Myers, Florida.

She was born May 31, 1946, to Charles Hobart Bollinger and Beverly Carroll Bollinger in North Kansas City, Missouri. She married the love of her life 1st Lt Thomas C. Harrington who survives of the home. Also surviving Matthew Craig Harrington and his wife Lindsey Clark Harrington and four grandchildren, Jack, Priscilla, Paul and Charlotte of Tallahassee, Florida; and one sister Sharla Wilson (Bob) of Rockdale, Texas.

Carol was active in both military and civilian charities, military and local church activities, started and led Bible Studies, and taught Sunday School from nursery to high school girls. For 30 years she worked with Stonecroft Ministries Christian Women’s Clubs. God has blessed her with an amazing life.

Graveside services will be Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the El Nathan Cemetery in Marble Hill with Dr. John Englehart and Bob Wilson officiating. Liley Funeral Homes Marble Hill is in charge of local arrangements.
