Condolence From: Nancy Davis

Condolence: I was fortunate to meet dear Ron when he came to one of my garage sales. He told me
about his deer. He came also to my next sale and brought some of his deer pictures,
he was so happy and proud of them. Over the winter I came across a framed picture of a deer and the original story of an elderly man on the North Shore that fed all his deer. My husband and I 'looked him up' our next trip to Thunder Bay. We had feed and salt licks to leave with him. This started a sweet relationship with George 'the deer man' as we called him. He gave us this beautiful deer picture. When I found it during the winter with the original Minneapolis Star story I knew I must contact Ron and give him these treasures. I did call his home and sent a note in the mail but he never responded. This was in February or March. Now my heart really is sad to know what happened. At the time I was having surgery, if only I was able to go!
I am sending to dear Patricia and all of Ron's siblings, extended family and friends from my heart..........
The angels have already escorted dear Ron into paradise, eternal rest grant unto Ron O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. Amen.
