MERCER, JACK KEITH “HACKER” – Peacefully with his family by his side at Hope Street Terrace, Port Hope on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in his 88th year. Jack, beloved husband of the late Elaine “Toots” (Sutcliffe). Loving father of Steve and Patricia, JoAnn and Terry Deriet and Jackie and Marc Dubeau. Loved grandfather of John, Geoffrey, Justin and Avery, Dylan and Kelli, Taylor and Ryan, Anjelle and Daniel, Lynette and Justyn. Lovingly remembered by his great-grandchildren; Dylan, Jacob and Dallas. Dear brother of Greta Luxton, Don Mercer and the late Bruce and Ross Mercer. Visitation will be held at the MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service at ORONO UNITED CHURCH on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2 p.m. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
