Nancy Lynn Johnson, age 70, of Staples, formerly of Richfield. Passed away on May 28,2017. She was born July, 30, 1946 to Marian and Howard Chase in Minneapolis, MN. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Debbie Anderson.

She will be deeply missed by her husband of 44 years, Cecil; sister, Judy Adams of Richfield; also many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Nancy’s will take place st 5PM on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at Faith Lutheran Church in Staples. Visitation will be form 3-5PM, Saturday at the church. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Nancy was very active as a Stephen Minister. She was also a hospice volunteer involved with Compassionate Companion and No One Dies Alone programs. Spending time in the garden and planting flowers were her past times.
