Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 4-8PM and Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 12-8PM with family greeting guest from 4-6PM.
Services to honor and celebrate Billy's life will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 10:00AM in the South Lakes Chapel with burial to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Billy Earl Rowland passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 1, 2017, surrounded by family. He was 82 years old. He was born on July 6, 1934 in Oklahoma City to his parents, Austin and Varvel Rowland. Billy was born about 100 yards from the house he lived in when he left this world. In 1952, Billy married Patsy—the love of his life—who preceded him in death in 2003. Everyone that knew Billy loved him and knew his love for his family, hot rods, and garden.
Billy was preceded in death by his:
Parents;
Wife, Patsy Rowland;
He leaves behind his:
Daughter, Linda Ann Duke;
Daughter, Gayla Joyner and husband, Dennis;
Daughter, Terrie Hayes and husband, Michael;
6 Grandchildren: Tera McNeal and husband, Dr. Rick McNeal, Kevin Joyner and his wife, Jessica, Jeff Duke and his wife, Wendy, Misty Sills and her husband, Derek, Tyler Hayes and his wife, Leah, and Madison Hayes;
15 great grandchildren;
And many friends.
