Obituary for Denis Girard
On June 3, 2017, Denis Girard of Edmonton passed away at the age of 63 years.
Denis is survived by his loving wife, Ekua; daughter, Akosua Nyarko (Lee); and son, Ebo Nyarko (Harriet); grandchildren, Pharaoh, and Nefertiti; his mother, Lucienne Aubin; six brothers and two sisters, Roger (Grace), Diane (Denis), Rejean (Estelle), Rene, Claude (Irene), Vivian (Richard), Jacques (Jackie) and Albert (Reneé); and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by father, Joseph; nephews, Riley and Jayden; and step-father, Omer Aubin.
Memorial Service Saturday, June 10 at 3:00 p.m. at The Church of Pentecost Canada – Edmonton District, 13143 – 156 Street. Following the service, a reception will be held at the Kingsway Legion, 14339 – 50 Street. Inurnment Monday, June 12 at 11:30 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road. Reverend Richard Adjei officiating. Cremation has taken place.
