Life Story for Wayne Akira Fujioka

Wayne Akira  Fujioka
Wayne passed away peacefully June 11, 2017. Wayne was born November 18, 1954 to Walter and Myra Fujioka in Yokosuka, Japan. He is survived by his wife, Mi Sun, and his son, Christopher, and his brothers Larry, Michael, Edward, and Walter. Wayne spend his entire life in and around the military. He grew up as a child in the army and later joined the Air Force serving with distinction for 24 years. After retirement, he rejoined his ammo family as a civilian munitions controller, serving his country for an additional 13 years. Wayne was a quiet man, who had an affinity for technology. He loved fixing computers and doing odd jobs repairing and tinkering with equipment at work. Services will be held Friday 23 June 10:00am in Chapel 1 at Edwards AFB.
