A Celebration of Life
William Lawrence Robinson was born in Boston, MA on October 17, 1939 to late William and Esther Robinson (Morrison.) Lawrence was reared by his late grandparents , Arthur T. and Jean Morrison (Forbes.) He went on to be the Lord on June 20, 2017.
Lawrence ventured into two professions in his working years: for over a decade he drove for Independent Cab Service (ITOA) in the City of Boston, Massachusetts. He then moved onto being an Inventory Specialist at the M.S. Walker Wholesale Distribution Company in Somerville, Massachusetts.
Lawrence enjoyed singing a note or listening to many tunes like “The Duke of Earl” with his cousin Earl C. Wolff, Jr. and buddy Toussaint L. Scott. Listed below are a few more groups or individuals he liked: Moonglows, Flamingos, Temptations, Whitney Houston, Nina Simone, Supremes, and Mahalia Jackson.
He relished the ability to be able to watch his baseball and basketball games even if he couldn’t get someone to watch with him. Lawrence’s most joyous time would be family dinners and celebrations.
Before Lawrence’s health took a turn in the spring of 2016, through prayer, he gave his heart and life to Jesus Christ in January 2016. God gave him the strength and peace to go through his imminent health challenges. He never complained about what he was going through. He said, “Whatever time I have I want to have quality time with my family and friends. God granted him that desire.

There will be a Viewing on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 2:00 to 3:00pm followed by Funeral Service at 3:00 O'clock at Riley-Antoine Funeral Home, 171 Humboldt Ave., Dorchester, MA 02121.
