Sandra Payne Morris, 68, of East Mountain, TX, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 21, at Rosemound Cemetery, 3201 S 12th St, Waco. The family will receive visitors 6 – 8:00 p.m, Thursday, July 20, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
