MACK, Patricia Lee - Passed away on Friday July 28, 2017 in Woodstock in her 46th year. Beloved best friend and partner of Jim K. Douglas. Dear mother to Rebecca Mack (Andre Tremblay), Aaron Mack (Amanda Hogan) and Tyler Mack. Loved grandmother to Dakota, Darrell, Wyatt and Isabell. Patricia is also survived by her siblings Corrina McPhee, Shari Gill, Brad Mack, and Chance Duplisses. Also survived by her Mother-in-law Linda Douglas and by her extended family and friends. A memorial service to honour Patti’s life will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday August 3, 2017 at 1:30 pm with visitation being held one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to Riley’s Legacy Cat Rescue in Moncton, NB or CARMA Cat Rescue Maritimes, Moncton Chapter would be appreciated and may arranged through the funeral home or online at www.brockandvisser.com
