Funeral Service for Joseph A. “Joey” Hammond, age 25, will be 8:00 pm, Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the Jakubs-Waite Funeral Home, 36000 Lakeshore Blvd., Eastlake; where family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until time of service.
Mr. Hammond was born on December 30, 1991 in Euclid and passed away on July 27, 2017.
Joey loved arts and crafts especially drawing. He was the life of the party with a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back for anyone.
He leaves behind his beloved father Scott A. (Lisa) Hammond, loving siblings; Christopher M., Nicholas M., Amanda J., and Haileigh A.; cherished grandson of Fred and Sheila Sanders, Jr., and John and Gladys Hammond; great-grandson of June R. and Fred Sanders (both deceased); nephew of Stacey (Michael) Ludlam, John Hammond, Michael Sanders, Bryan (Mellisa) Sanders, and Tammy Giboney (Breslin); as well as many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in care of the family.
Private interment will be in Perry Township Cemetery.
