A lovely chat.
I only knew Nancy for 15 years, that's how long our family has been in Norwich. Our first year here I decided to "shop local" for all my Christmas gifts and that's when I discovered Season's Gift Store and met Nancy. What a find! I have been dropping in to browse and shop and chat ever since. What a delight to be greeted so warmly every single time I came in. I marveled at her exquisite taste in gifts and product line. An ever changing scene both inside the store and in the big front windows. I always slowed down my pace to look at everything in the windows and to admire the flower boxes loaded with blooms. Nancy was personally responsible for making Norwich a better place, a prettier place, a shopping destination. When I would finally find myself inside we would talk about my children, holiday travel plans and more. I realize that others know her much better than I do but still my heart is breaking and I am so very sad to know that she is gone. I will miss her. My most heart felt sympathies go out to the family.
