Condolence: Extending my condolences to the family. Ted and I were first cousins though we never met (our mothers were sisters). I always heard great and wonderful things about Ted and am sad we did not get to know one another. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Blessings to you all,

Scott R. Baillie and family.

Condolence: Ted & Karen, just 2 weeks ago you shared a WBHS luncheon with 17 of us classmates. I'm so happy that we took a group photo, but if we had known this would happen we would not have allowed you to leave so soon. My most sincere condolences go out to you, Karen, and to your lovely family.

Condolence: I am the Chairman of the Lancaster Energy Commission and Ted Manning a member. He was one of the most interesting people I have encountered in my life. When our business was complete we spent a fair amount of time discussing everything from town to world affairs and it was the highlight of every meeting for me. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.

Condolence: It was an honor to work with Ted on Lancaster Thayer Field and Lancaster Recreation. Ted you will be and are already sorely missed ..... I would look over to see what you were thinking ... it was always original and refreshing. AND you were at every meeting. Everywhere I went if it was a town meeting Ted was there. What a blessing and now a loss for Lancaster.
