Obituary for Marilyn Faith Marler

Marilyn Faith  Marler
Marilyn Faith Marler of Terre Du Lac, Missouri was born on May 19, 1953 - a daughter to the late Gilbert Harry Marler and the late Mabel Frances (Carter) Marler. Marilyn entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 7, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family having reached the age of sixty-four years, two months, and nineteen days.

Faith will be missed by be all who knew and loved her including her daughter, Angel Harvey of Terre Du Lac; three brothers: Lynn Marler and wife Louise of Desloge, Thomas Marler and wife Joanne of Mineral Point, and Ronald Marler and wife Ronda of Farmington; two sisters: Carol Emily and husband Ben of Farmington, and Julia Warden of Washington; one grandson, Kole Tillett of Terre Du Lac; brother-in-law, Marvin Mercer and wife Elaine of Potosi; sister-in-law, Edith Marler of Mineral Point; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Faith was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Mercer; brother, Robert Marler; and brother-in-law, Jerry Warden.

Visitation for Faith will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and will resume on Thursday, August 10, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

A Funeral Service will commence at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ron Marler officiating assisted by Pastor John Canterberry.

Interment and final prayers will be held at the Sunset Hill Cemetery in Potosi, Missouri following the service.
