The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bertha Gibbons can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My husband and I would like to express our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of your beloved Bertha. Although we hadn't had the opportunity to meet Bertha personally we do understand the the pain of losing one so dear. We would like to share with you comfort we have experienced from Gods word found in John 5:28,29. I especially love the resurrection account of Jesus resurrecting Lazarus here on earth back to the arms of those he loved. ( John 11) What a wonderful example of what is to come. Remember also that our Heavenly Father is always there for the broken hearted and those crushed in spirit. (psalm 34:18) Please take a few moments share your memories with those who surround you, for the memories shared are the ones most truly cherished, may they bring you comfort and peace as you begin to heal. Take care of yourselves and each other during this very difficult time.
