Obituary for William A. Hustis

Hustis, William A. of Beacon, entered into rest Friday, June 9, 2017 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie. He was 83.

Born November 11, 1933 in Beacon, NY he was the son of the late Milton T. and Lillian Stevens Hustis.

Bill was the widower of the late Margret Hustis and a retired Boiler Technician for Beacon Oil, Beacon, NY.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Korea and a member of V.F.W., American Legion, B.P.O. Elks and St. Rocco's Society.

Survivors include: his two daughters, Lillian and her husband James Godbout of Beacon, Barbara and her husband Michael Moschiano of Church Hill, TN, his son, William S. Hustis of Beacon, six grandchildren, Loronda, Christina, Robert, Billy, Jaymi and Ryan, seven great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by, his brother Milton Hustis, his sister Barbara Parker and a granddaughter Lindsey Kersey.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Libby Funeral Home, Inc.

Entombment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery Mausoleum, Fishkill, NY.
