Obituary for John Blotski
It is with great sadness that the family announces that John Blotski of Edmonton passed away on August 24, 2017, at the age of 77 years.
John is survived by his wife of 50 years, Elizabeth (Liz); one brother and two sisters, Mary (Joe), Walter (Jackie) and Liz (Steve); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents, Dan and Julia Blotski; and two brothers, Bill and Eugene.
A special thank you to the U of A ENT Clinic for their care of John over the last five years.
Funeral Service Wednesday, August 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made directly to the University of Alberta Laryngectomy Memorial Fund or a charity of your choice.
