Condolence: To Mrs. Ann and the Howard family.... I was saddened to hear of Charles' passing. I worked with Charles at DCSS Transportation. He was always very nice to me and I know he loved his family more than anything. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers during this sad time in your lives. May God give you peace and comfort through your fondest memories made through the years with Charles.
