Remembering special times with Ed, especially the July 1st fireworks which we could watch from the field behind Ed's house on Corrie Cresc, There he loved to entertain people, and serve his popcorn.
Ed fought off the mosquitoes, dragged out the lawn chairs to the field, manipulated his way around the stumps and holes in the lawn..... and did it all in the dark! That really didn't seem to matter much anyway, because Ed's sight was pretty well gone.
Inspite of that, Ed always welcomed us personally and warmly, just as if we were the only people in the world, and his vision was 20/20, and he saw us clearly.
Such was Ed's heart.
Missing you Ed
