surrounded by her loving family
age 87, of White Bear Lake. Dorothy was born in St. Paul on December 20th, 1929 to Albert and Ann (Tschida) Piper. Preceded in death by her first husband Ralph Silverberg, parents and a sister Leona Larson. Dorothy is survived by her devoted husband of 36 years, Richard “Dick”; children Ellen (Walt) Nelson, Gayle Bartus, Paul (Karen) Silverberg, Dan (Cathy) Silverberg, and Jayne (Lee) Weinhold; step children Diane (Tim) Dalby, Denice (Bruce) Newton, and Dennis (Carol) Appel, many many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Loretta Peterson and Georgine (Ken) McCauley; numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. Funeral Services Friday, September 15, 2017 at 11 AM at ST. STEPHEN LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1965 East County Road E, White Bear Lake. Visitation from 10 AM – 11 AM. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Mahtomedi.
