The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of George Troxel can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Chris: My deepest sympathies go out to you for your loss of George. What a great guy he was! Getting to know you and George back in the seventies was a real joy for me. John was the first really good thrower that I ever coached. That experience convinced me that I might know what I was doing after all. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the Troxel family. I would love to visit with you sometime in the future. If that would work for you I will drive to Polson and do my best to find you.
