Mr. Damion Kintavis Franklin, 22, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017 in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Damion was born in Greenville, South Carolina, and attended Gaffney High School. He was employed at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Cowpens, South Carolina.

Left to cherish many fond memories are his mother, Demetrius K. Franklin of Gaffney; father, Willie B. Gary of Greenville; stepfather, Keith Dawkins of Gaffney; two sisters,Gran-Tasia Franklin Hewins of Gaffney and Dest’nie S. Caldwell Gary of Greenville; one brother, Christopher L. Franklin of Gaffney; two stepsisters, Keiayrria Dawkins of Gaffney and Lakeitra Dawkins of Greenville; three step brothers, Dominique Taylor and Montez Gary and Tyree Lunsford, all of Greenville; grand-parents, Janice Franklin, Johnny Rosemond, Diane Gary and Thomas Gary, all of Greenville; two aunts, Crystal and Lafayette Robinson of Greenville; four uncles, Carlose Robinson, John Franklin, Bryan Richardson and Michael Franklin, all of Greenville and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
