Stella Austin, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away on September 21, 2017 in Prince Albert, SK
at the age of 102 years. Stella is lovingly remembered by: her sister: Vicky Owcharuk; her
grandsons: Danny and Kenny Austin and their families; her nephews: Sheldon (Laura Spearman)
Novak and his son: Chad Novak, and Karl (Karen) Novak and their daughters: Jacey (Leon)
Strube and their son: Ryker; and Shelby (James Gordon) Novak; as well as numerous other
family members and friends. Stella was predeceased by: her parents: Dan and Mary Kasmir; her brothers: Phil and Jim Kasmir; and her son: Eric (Sharon) Austin. The family wishes to express a special thanks and gratitude to Pat Chuey and her exceptional staff at Good Shepherd for their dedication and professionalism in making Stella feel like she was still in her own home, but with a beautiful extended family. Funeral Service will take
place on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. George’s Ukrainian Catholic
Church, 752 14th St. W, Prince Albert, SK, with Father Vasyl Kravchuk as Celebrant. Lunch and
interment in South Hill Cemetery to follow the service. Arrangements in care of MacKenzie
